Emily oversees student registration. She maintains all student records and provides guidance for graduation requirements; assists students with completion of forms; maintains course schedules, grades, and transcripts. She is a point person for academic questions and you should see Emily if you need to register for a discussion section, find the location of a course, add/drop a course, change your contact information, or request official school documentation of enrollment or transcripts.

TRANSCRIPTS

To request official electronic transcripts:

Current students and alumni with an active Yale NetID should login to Yale Hub, navigate to “Academics”, and select “Transcript Orders.”

Former students and alumni who are unable to sign in to SIS should order through the Parchment website. More detailed instructions and answers to frequently asked questions can be found in this support link on the Parchment site.

To request unofficial pdf transcripts or official paper transcripts:

Download and complete the Transcript Request Form. All transcript requests are needed in writing and are free of charge. Please email your completed transcript request form to: emily.cappa@yale.edu
